Catch Up

Need to clean out email inbox Scheduled appt. w/Keebler clinic, also follow-up pap w/Dr. McL--we'll see Starting Topamax--25mg at night for 2 weeks--S-L-O-W start Add prenatal vitamins to that Need to do weekly summary of activity, food, mood.... Monday--Curves 7a!! Wed--Victoria 7:15 w/shorts!! Thurs--Victoria 7:15a Weekend Activity--walking needs to be out sometime soon, needs to be higher impact activity Resting heart rate Sunday: 58 Resting heart rate Fri: 72 Sun Lunch: Beef barley soup water Sun Breakfast: Dakota toast w/butter, peanut butter, jam water Sat Dinner: Olive Garden--capellini pomodoro, 2 plates salad, 3 breadsticks Diet Coke 1 beer Sat Lunch: 6" Subway Sand--Italian BMT, pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone, wheat bread Green Tea Walking Sat Am--downtown Ballard, errands, etc. Breakfast Sat Am: Coffee w/cream Chocolate croissant carmel apple bread from great harvest Dinner Friday Night: PF Changs---mmmmmm! chicken lettuce cups pork steamed dumplings cosmopolitan sidecar 1/2 order honey ginger shrimp

    My name is Maree Sneed and i would like to show you my personal experience with Topamax.

    I am 27 years old. Have been on Topamax for 3 months now. Had severe debilitating migraines at least 2x a week. Had to stay in bed. I have a 7 year old. I was missing out on everything. Now I can get out of bed and get on with my day. I am down to maybe 1 migraine a month and it is functional not crippling.

    I have experienced some of these side effects -
    weight loss, no appetite, severe mood swings, emotional, yucky taste to cola, thirsty, thirsty, thirsty, extreme fatique
