Writing down water intake is a great idea, I think. It's such an important thing to do (drinking water, that is), and keeping a log of it probably helps keep it in the forefront of your mind.

I can't drink most green teas. About once a year I try, I tell myself- "it's good for you, drink it", but then I see it, and smell it, and it reminds me of freshly-cut grass. Then I can't drink it.

My wife & I traveled to Ireland in Spring, and the restaurant in our hotel (http://www.bellavistahotel.ie/) was really pushing their 'green tea' on us... very pushy, we had no choice but to accept it... and when it arrived... it was not the odious stuff I call 'green tea', but rather yummy stuff I call 'jasmine tea', and not only that, but it was the best jasmine tea I've ever sampled!

I'm sorry you had a bad night, I remember how it goes, the emotional ups 'n' downs...

    Enjoy your day...

Thanks Oldhall :) See, I LOVE the smell of fresh cut grass--and I think one of the reasons I like green tea so much. Hmm, might have to check out your hotels tea--maybe they'l send me a sample! Have you ever been to Typhoon? They have the most amazing Tea list....its huge!!
