Better, tired. Working from home today—bad night. Started my period—cried myself to sleep.

Resting Heart: 30 seconds x two - to find exact training "zones" for you. We need this to start interval training.

Notes:
Substitute idea: pure butter w/peanut butter on bread.
Laura: Diet doesn't seem to affect depression at all. Comfort: curling up in bed w/dog. Nothing makes me happy. Body image doesn't seem to affect depression much - just maybe for a few hours.. not weeks and weeks.
Caffeine interacts with medication - so can not have in any capacity.
40 pound gain in 4 months last year - italy, foot broken, etc.
