victoria this am

Better, tired.  Working from home today—bad night.  Started my period—cried myself to sleep.  
See below for notes from this am

Resting Heart: 30 seconds x two - to find exact training "zones" for you. We need this to start interval training.

 

Start taking your pre-natals - write that down in blog as well.

Write down water intake in blog too!

Friday: Supermoms

Saturday: shopping + some sort of activity

Sunday: aunts

Monday: Curves

Tuesday: off

Wednesday: 7:15ish at Victoria (wear shorts to get body fat)

Thursday: 7:15ish at Victoria

Firday: Supermom

 

 

Notes:

Substitute idea: pure butter w/peanut butter on bread.

 

Laura: Diet doesn't seem to affect depression at all. Comfort: curling up in bed w/dog. Nothing makes me happy. Body image doesn't seem to affect depression much - just maybe for a few hours.. not weeks and weeks.

 

Caffeine interacts with medication - so can not have in any capacity.

 

40 pound gain in 4 months last year - italy, foot broken, etc.
