Re: plan for this week & intake for yesterday

ps--still working on things to up metabolism....

Sunday Intake:

Breakfast: two "protein pancakes"--10g protien, 2g fiber, 110 calories, 0g fat, 0g sugar per pancake; topped w/berries, ff plain yogurt, 2 packets stevia Green tea No lunch Dinner: steak w/zucchini, mashed sweet potatoes, decaf green tea, hershey kisses and carmels :( Late night Snack: dakota bread w/whipped butter :(

Need to start eating more often--will be less hungry at night....also ups metabolism

Didn't go skating yesterday, got too wrapped up in putting away xmas decos...felt good though, cleaning house :)

Have been drinking lots of green tea--I'll show you my "mug" today :)

Workout plan: So, working out more than once a day isn't "working out"--I'm just so tired after whatever I end up doing! That said, I'll try for it again this week: Monday: supermoms 1p, boot camp 5:30p Tuesday: Victoria 7:15a, NRG bar 5:30p Wednesday: Serious sculpt 10:30a, swimming pm Thursday: Victoria 7:15a, NRG bar 5:30p Friday-Monday: out of town....hmmm....in Leavenworth, will take xc skis, but hear there's no snow, maybe take debbie siebers? There is also a treadmill there, plus hot tub :) Also, Tues/Wed/Thurs will try to trade pm workout for skating--still want to get up there!!
