workout schedule
bleh--sorry this is just now happening. So, worked out with Supermom's today and then went to the boot camp class at OAC--very cool, much like your class at Pure, or Supermoms for that matter. Really liked it, did fine, a little tough on the aerobics part, as usual for me, but did good on the strength training stuff--barbells, bands, dumbells, the usual. Might need to challenge myself on that part more? I'm getting sore afterward....
Tuesday: Victoria am, shopping, ice skating pm
Wednesday: OAC class "Serious Sculpt" am, swimming pm, chinese class evening
Thursday: Victoria am, MS interviews, OAC Class "NRG Bar" (sounds a little intense)
Friday: 9a massage, Supermoms 1p, Swimming pm
Sat/Sun???--several OAC classes, walking, swimming all options, can't decide
For food today: breakfast--2 pieces great harvest honey wheat w/butter (I know...) and jam; lunch--qdoba "naked" chicken fajita w/rice, veggies, and some guacamole; dinner--honey-mustard glazed grilled salmon w/ff yogurt and tarragon sauce w/mashed sweet potatoes
