apparently, as long as I’m working out, either aerobic or weights, I won’t lose muscle mass, which I’ve always done in the past, but I’ve never worked out when I dieted
HR dropped quickly at end of workout—woo hoo! Getting in shape!
there’s snow in the mountains—I want to be in good enough shape to go skiing in Whistler this year
