Breakfast: oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat toast--include jam/sharp cheddar cheese for flavor
Mid Snack: peaches, nectarines, rasperries, bananas, hard boiled egg yogurt (yoplait, cascade) green tea (decaf)
Lunch: pack leftovers from night before prepack: chicken/rice/nf sour cream, angel hair pasta w/marina (protein), rice/blackbeans/salsa, steak/chk tacos w/nf sour cream soup plan b: salad at work
Snack: yogurt - (yoplait, cascade) apple/celery & peanut butter 1/2 dozen nuts
Dinner: Greg cooks: Salmon, Steak, Stir Fry (steak and zucchini, misc.), Pascal Salad
