Food Plan

Draft plan anyway

 

Breakfasts:  oatmeal w/choc chips or egg substitute w/sharp cheddar cheese
AM Snack:  hard boiled egg or light yogurt

Lunches:  Spaghetti w/sugar free/fat-free sauce
            Chicken and rice w/broccoli and ff sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese

            Soup

            Rice, black beans, and salsa (w ff sour cream)

            Chicken tacos w/ff sour cream

PM Snack:  celery or green apple w/peanut butter

Dinner:  whatever Greg makes for me
