    I used to buy these frozen, major-label boxes of spatzle, but I stopped, they had too many ingredients; I know, that may sound like a weird criterion for choosing food, but I can't help it. When I visited Germany in '98 I enjoyed the restaurants, I got to eat REAL spatzle. There was a cool restaurant in Bavaria that specialised in garlic, everythting on the menu had LOADS of garlic.
